Medical Receptionist

We're currently seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at our Chino location. We're looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while committing to ongoing learning and professional development.

As a member of our team, you'll work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, and develop a wide range of skills, with access to ongoing training and the latest technology and equipment.

Position Requirements

• Experience with a healthcare front office preferred
• Comfortable working with a wide variety of patients across different age demographics
• Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
• Strong communication with both patients and peers
• Compassionate, and excellent at front office duties and working with patients
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 50 lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2–3 years of front desk experience
