Erika Valdivia
Erika Valdivia grew up in Ontario, California, and earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Before joining Empower Physical Therapy & Wellness, she gained experience in both customer service and athletic training, work that shaped how she shows up for patients today. As a Physical Therapy Aide, Erika focuses on making every visit feel personal, organized, and encouraging. She brings a steady, service-minded attitude to the clinic, the kind built from years of putting people first.
"Commit your work to the Lord and your plans will be established." That's Proverbs 16:3, and it's the verse I try to carry into everything I do, at work and outside of it.

Erika believes in showing up for people with consistency and care, a mindset shaped by her years in customer service and athletic training. She brings a calm, encouraging presence to the clinic and works hard to make sure every patient feels welcomed and supported. Guided by her faith and a strong work ethic, she believes that showing up prepared and treating people with kindness make all the difference on the team.

Outside of work, Erika has spent over 10 years creating pencil-portrait and oil-pastel art, a creative outlet she's built real skill in over the years. She's also a frequent Disneyland pass holder, always ready for a day at the park. Between her art and her Disneyland trips, she makes time to recharge and stay inspired outside of the clinic.
