Nathan Berio
Nathan Berio is a Kinesiology major at Cal Poly Pomona, currently working as a Physical Therapy Aide at Empower Physical Therapy & Wellness. He also works at Chipotle and serves as a lab technician in a Motor Neuroscience Lab, where he has contributed to published research using Biodex and EMG equipment to study blood glucose and sedentary behavior. That research background gives Nathan a genuine curiosity about how the body works. He brings that same curiosity and attention to detail into his work at the clinic.

Nathan is driven by curiosity, the same trait that led him into research on blood glucose and sedentary behavior in a Motor Neuroscience Lab. He believes in showing up prepared and paying attention to the details, whether he's balancing school at Cal Poly Pomona, his lab work, his job at Chipotle, or his role at Empower. Teamwork and dependability matter most to him, and he tries to be someone his coworkers and patients can count on.

Life beyond the treatment table.
Outside of work and the lab, Nathan spends his time at the gym and playing basketball. He also makes it a priority to spend time with family and friends, keeping a good balance between school, work, and life outside of it.
