Joseline Sampson
Joseline Sampson is the Patient Care Coordinator at Empower Physical Therapy & Wellness. Originally from Los Angeles, she recently relocated to the Inland Empire and brings that same hometown warmth to her work with patients every day. She attended Sacred Heart High School before continuing her education at Pasadena City College. As often the first friendly voice patients hear, Joseline focuses on making every step of the process, from that first phone call to checking in between visits, feel simple and personal.

Joseline believes that how a patient feels the moment they reach out matters just as much as their treatment plan. She focuses on clear communication and genuine care, making sure every patient feels heard and supported from their very first call. That same warmth carries through in how she works alongside the rest of the Empower team, keeping the patient experience smooth from start to finish.

Life beyond the treatment table.
Outside of work, Joseline loves getting outdoors with her husband for hikes and walks. She also enjoys cooking with family and staying active at the gym, time she considers just as important as anything she does at the clinic.
