Position Requirements
- Someone with some experience with a healthcare front office/manager is preferred
- This position will be treating a wide variety of patients. Must be comfortable working with different age demographics

- Excellent patient engagement skills and a motivator for your patients
- Ability to communicate well with patients and peers
- Thrive on innovation – always looking for the next best thing to help your patients
- Loyal to your peers – you’ve got their back and they’ve got yours
- Proven financial planning and financial management skills
- Knowledge of legal, medical, credentialing, and insurance compliance
- Ability to direct a team of patient care coordinators while managing the demands of providing patient care duties
- Compassionate, excellent at front office duties and working with patients
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to delegate administrative and insurance-related tasks as required
- Skilled at financial planning, budgeting, and staff management
- Able to lift 50 lbs with some bending and squatting to assist patients
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience
- Three to five years of physical therapy office or office manager experience; significant interest and passion for healthcare leadership and building a small business
