Constant work to improve myself is a process that should never end, self-reflection is critical for growth, and helping others is a good way to live a meaningful life
“There are 3 certainties in life: constant work, pain, and uncertainty.”
As a physical therapist, I make a conscious effort to come to work with great energy and positivity. It’s a great feeling to see enthusiasm and compassion spread to my coworkers and my patients! I place a huge emphasis on the need for consistent movement for my patients. I will always advocate for my patient’s health while making exercise accessible and uncomplicated.
I am passionate about making exercise as accessible as possible through education and encouragement! I also enjoy sharing with patients tools related to mindfulness and reflection to help them be more in control of their lives.
Aside from general ortho, I am passionate about working with patients with neurological conditions such as post-stroke, Parkinsons, multiple sclerosis, and more! Additionally, I enjoy working with patients who are passionate about sports, weight-lifting, yoga, dance, gymnastics, running, and much more.
Something I love about working here is the freedom to be your own PT! I tend to spend a bit more time guiding my patients through their customized therapeutic exercise programs. This tends to create a nice team-based approach to the rehab experience, which is a great feeling! I also love seeing my Empower team every day!

When I’m not at work, I am exercising and moving pretty much all of the time! I tend to think a lot, so exercise helps me be more present and relaxed. Aside from exercising, I really enjoy playing video games, listening to music, playing basketball, watching basketball, cooking, going on walks, and meditating. My ideal day would consist of alternating between exercising, playing basketball, and playing video games for the entire day until I sleep!
