Joseline Sampson

Patient Care Coordinator

I grew up in Los Angeles, California, and recently relocated with my family to the Inland Empire. I attended Sacred Heart High School and am a proud alumna of Pasadena City College (PCC). My experiences growing up in LA and studying at PCC have shaped my passion and work ethic!

I have a degree that directly supports my position, providing me with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. My educational background has equipped me to handle the responsibilities and challenges of the position effectively!

My core values are rooted in family, health, and faith, which motivate me to give my best in everything I do. I believe in treating others with compassion and understanding by always putting myself in their shoes. These values guide my actions and help me stay grounded and empathetic in all situations.

“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.” – Nido Qubein

As a Patient Care Coordinator, I help ensure our patients receive the support and care they need throughout their healthcare journey. I specialize in being an advocate for our patients, making sure their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed. My goal is to create a smooth, compassionate experience for every patient that walks through our door.

Patients deal with pain, whether it be physical or emotional, and I want to fix it. I want our patients to know they’re not alone and that I am someone they can rely on, not just as a coordinator, but as a friend. Offering comfort and support during difficult times is at the heart of what I do!

I love working here because of the family-oriented and fun environment! It truly makes coming to work enjoyable. The team is incredibly welcoming, which creates a supportive and positive atmosphere every day!
