What to do about your aches and pains from Self Quarantine.

Are you feeling Lucky?

With everything happening around us due to the Coronavirus pandemic, you may not be feeling too lucky.

You may be worrying about things out of your control. And all this may be taking a toll on your health in ways you had not even thought of, namely on your back, knee, shoulder or neck…contributing more to your pain, dysfunction and limitation in your body. Instead of being able to move freely, you have had a nagging pain due to STRESS, WORRY, POOR POSTURE, INFLAMMATION, SURGERY, and INJURY.

If you’re reading this, chances are you are suffering from an ailment that may have been made worse by what’s going on all around us. More and more people are starting to suffer from aches and pains that have been made worse by things like inactivity.

In our clinic, we have seen more and more people needing help with their back, knee, shoulder and neck pain. Normally this is something we help people with all the time. However, the causes of these pains are starting to change.

Causes like:

“I’ve haven’t been doing my walks like before, now my back hurts!”

Or

Since the gyms are closed, I havent exercised and now my knees bother me

Or

My neck is so stiff and tight, from being on the computer more. I cant even get comfortable anymore!

Does This Sound Familiar?

If it does, know you are not alone. Also know that you have options.
